MAPCLUB is a loyalty membership program to deliver seamless online-to-offline customer experience where you can earn and burn MAPCLUB points on every transaction in all of MAP offline and online stores. By joining MAPCLUB, you will get access to personalized offers, new collections, and special launches.
HOW TO EARN AND BURN MAPCLUB POINTS
During in-store transaction provide your mobile phone number to our Cashier Staff. If you’re purchasing online, you can simply login to your MAPCLUB account during the checkout stage. MAPCLUB POINTS EARN MAPCLUB
- Points will only be earned for orders which are successfully delivered.
- Points will be earned on full transaction value paid nett of VAT.
- If a product is returned, the MAPCLUB Points earned will be reversed for each individual product returned.
- In the event that a product and your MAPCLUB account goes into a negative balance after reversing the earned points, MAPCLUB reserves the right to contact you to pay the equivalent of the points in negative balance and/or suspend/cancel your membership.
- MAPCLUB Points will be credited 30 (thirty) days after product is delivered.

MAPCLUB POINTS BURN
- Points cannot be redeemed on COD (Cash on Delivery) payment method.
- For any cancelled orders, the MAPCLUB Points will automatically be cancelled, or prorated amount if there is a partial cancellation.
- Once returns are approved, points redeemed on the transaction will be reversed in 7 (seven) days on a prorated basis.
